This is how the amount of glucose in the blood increases and the pancreas must work hard to produce more insulin to try to keep blood glucose levels within normal levels. To prevent follow these recommendations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase physical activity. Experts recommend that people at risk for type 2 diabetes exercise such as walking, dancing, biking &#8230; for 150 minutes a week.
