Saca las frutas y verduras de mordisco &#8211; zanahorias, rabanitos, tomates cherry \u2013 del caj\u00f3n inferior de la nevera y col\u00f3calas en un estante al alcance de la vista. Planifica un d\u00eda a la semana para ir al mercado o al centro donde realices la compra de productos frescos. Haz acopio de frutas, verduras, carne y el pescado, los productos que necesitar\u00e1s para cocinar sano. Siempre que\u00a0puedas, compra local, en peque\u00f1as tiendas de barrio, de esta manera evitas las compras compulsivas de packs y grandes bandejas.
