Como te recomendaba en los <a href=\"https:\/\/latam.patiadiabetes.com\/pasos-estilo-vida-saludable\/\">8 pasos para una vida saludable<\/a>, cocinar\u00a0es condici\u00f3n indispensable\u00a0para seguir una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Volviendo al viaje gastron\u00f3mico de Holland, en su\u00a0recorrido por Italia hace una parada en el Lacio, regi\u00f3n de la que dice:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs posible que esper\u00e9is que la comida de la regi\u00f3n italiana donde est\u00e1 Roma sea buena\u2026 sobresaliente, incluso. Y as\u00ed es. Pero a m\u00ed lo mejor de la comida del Lacio es lo discreta que es: comida con humildad. A pesar de la alta cultura y el cosmopolitismo con la que se la relaciona, la comida romana del Lacio sigue dando la sensaci\u00f3n de ser una joya oculta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Y en esta joya oculta encontramos una receta, que de tan sencilla es esencial\u00a0en toda cocina: una salsa de tomate. Preparaci\u00f3n digna de convertirse en\u00a0protagonista\u00a0de maravillosas celebraciones improvisadas con amigos y familia.<\/p>\n<p>Mina Holland la ha llamado La salsa de tomate definitiva. Un\u00a0t\u00edtulo que\u00a0invita a lanzarte a los pucheros. Eso s\u00ed, hemos cambiado la mantequilla por aceite de oliva, m\u00e1s saludable que la primera y el resultado sigue siendo espectacular. Y ya puestos a personalizar, a\u00f1ade ajo y hierbas si eres de aromatizar tus platos (as\u00ed si cocinas pasta puedes evitar el parmesano o a\u00f1adir menos cantidad). Echar los tomates por encima, a\u00f1adir el aceite, tapar la sart\u00e9n y dejar hacerse a fuego lento 45 minutos. Remover de vez en cuando y aplastar ligeramente los tomates enteros para obtener la textura deseada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si preparas esta salsa con pasta &#8211; a poder ser integral &#8211; la autora recomienda espagueti o linguine. La preparaci\u00f3n es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Hacer la pasta siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete con cuidado de que no se pase.
