El ejercicio f\u00edsico ayuda a mejorar el control de la glucemia a las personas con trabajos sedentarios, con obesidad, sobrepeso y las que tienen prediabetes o diabetes tipo 2.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/jcem\/article-abstract\/doi\/10.1210\/jc.2016-3926\/3067655\/Breaking-up-prolonged-sitting-alters-the?redirectedFrom=fulltext\">este estudio<\/a> la <strong>interrupci\u00f3n de prolongados periodos sentados reduce los niveles de l\u00edpidos en el flujo sangu\u00edneo<\/strong> que est\u00e1n asociados con un mayor riesgo de diabetes tipo 2 y sus complicaciones. Levantarte de la silla para realizar ejercicios simples de resistencia o breves caminatas ligeras ayuda a reducir los niveles de l\u00edpidos en la sangre y reduce la resistencia a la insulina.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;background-color:#f2f2f2;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Evitar permanecer periodos prolongados sentados y buscar la manera de incrementar la actividad diaria es beneficioso para mejorar el control de la glucemia, especialmente en las personas con <a href=\"https:\/\/latam.patiadiabetes.com\/prediabetes-diabetes-tipo2\/\">prediabetes<\/a> o diabetes tipo 2.<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-3 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ejercicios se recomienda realizar?<\/h2>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Americana de Diabetes (ADA) recomienda a las personas que permanecen periodos prolongados sentados, <strong>la realizaci\u00f3n de 3 o m\u00e1s minutos de actividad ligera- como caminar o realizar estiramientos de piernas y tronco &#8211; cada 30 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Realizar ejercicios como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>levantamiento o extensi\u00f3n de piernas o extensiones<\/li>\n<li>estiramientos de brazos y tronco<\/li>\n<li>girar de la silla de escritorio<\/li>\n<li>torsiones del tronco<\/li>\n<li>estiramientos laterales del tronco<\/li>\n<li>caminar o dar peque\u00f1os paseos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Por tu salud, ponte de pie, si\u00e9ntate menos y mu\u00e9vete m\u00e1s (especialmente despu\u00e9s de las comidas).
