Este aumento excesivo de peso pone a estos ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as en riesgo a la aparici\u00f3n temprana de la diabetes tipo 2. Esta peligrosa tendencia supone un reto para la salud que debemos enfrentar con medidas para prevenir estas patolog\u00edas desde la infancia, momento en el que se instauran los h\u00e1bitos de vida para la edad adulta. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_2_3 2_3 fusion-two-third fusion-column-first\" style=\"width:65.3333%; margin-right: 4%;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchas de las dolencias que ponen en peligro la vida, como las enfermedades card\u00edacas, los accidentes cerebrovasculares y la diabetes tipo 2, a menudo son consecuencia de la obesidad infantil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cifra de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes con obesidad &#8211; con edades comprendidas entre 5 y 19 a\u00f1os de edad &#8211; se ha multiplicado por 10 en las \u00faltimas cuatro d\u00e9cadas. catalogada por la OMS como pandemia global &#8211; es consecuencia del sedentarismo y la mala alimentaci\u00f3n. A medida que crece la epidemia de obesidad, crece la epidemia paralela de diabetes tipo 2, una de las peores consecuencias de nuestro estilo de vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><h2><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenemos que convencernos de la importancia de instaurar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables desde la infancia, ya que est\u00e1 en juego la salud de las generaciones futuras. No obstante, conviene destacar dos puntos sobre los que incidir para que el cambio de h\u00e1bitos sea efectivo, ya que tienen mucho peso en el desarrollo de la obesidad infantil:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>En cuanto a la alimentaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s que qu\u00e9 comer, la clave est\u00e1 es qu\u00e9 no comer. \u00bfQu\u00e9 alimentos evitar? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refrescos y bebidas azucaradas &#8211;
